I was with Vacasa since the startup. Started as a housekeeper in 2011 and worked my way up to account management, specifically owner support. They used to be an amazing company but over the yrs greed took over. They do not give a crap about the owners or guests. They keep all the fees and will charge the owner for services they did not request.
