This resort looks much better in the photos than in person. I learned this resort, like many Sandals properties are refurbished resorts under period ownership. This one was owned by Cunard, the shipping people, and now operated by Sandals for the past 24 years. It is about 15-20 min drive depending on traffic in Castries. Sandals Grande does their own thing and dives from their resort. There are at least 2 dives per day except Sunday- a deep dive at 8am followed by a shallow dive. The boat ride can last 30-45 min to get to your dive site.

Calm, turquoise waters, soft sand. There’s parasailing, wave runners, snorkeling and beach activities. We spent almost our entire time in the ocean. That’s not possible at La Toc since it’s so rough.
