Reddit subredditdrama

The reddit app has gone downhill over the last 6 months or so. It has been really buggy and they are turning it into a tik tok style, with every update half the stuff breaks. I'm curious if there has been an exodus from their app to these third party apps and that is why this move is happening.

Sure, they can manually remove asshole accounts and their comments, but it's really easy to overwhelm a mod team when subs grow too large by just spamming comments new accounts. Reddit is a place where shit bricks can speak the loudest and ruin a sub quickly and easily. Being a moderator on Reddit, Discord, anywhere online really, all for free, is simply incompatible with leading any semblance of a life with a job or any semblance of a social life. It takes a special kind of bitter, pathetic creature to want to moderate these places in my experience. (Except SRD mods, I love you guys, plz no ban) Speaking of meme websites, I was one of the first submitters to memebase.com and still have one of the top accounts there despite having migrated to reddit nearly 2 years ago. It was on 4chan and memebase where I cut my teeth creating memes, way before I had a reddit account and way before r/adviceanimals was created in late 2010.Message the admins and wait to be told what the rule is and if you can have your account back.
