Are there any FHR hotels in New York city that cost close to $200? I imagine this is a fantastic example of ‘spend $500 or $600 to save $200’. I’ve never looked at NYC for this credit so it could be my ignorance. But I’ve looked for LA and even the cheapest option is the Mr C which is often $400-$500 per night + tax + parking.

A friend and I are going to New York July 3-7 and would love any tips on finding any deals on hotels for around $100 a night (if that’s even possible). Biggest thing we need is parking, and we don’t mind going over to Jersey City, Union City or Hoboken for our stay as well.
