Relaxed and delicious late 2-3 pm pho lunch with fresh spring rolls. Today I opted for the rare steak and meatball pho / medium. And by medium I mean huge! I took a few breaks but opted to slurp the delicate, aromatic broth rather than try and finish the noodles. The meats were a little overcooked in this dish and their tea (sweet/unsweet) urn ...Hubby and I both had pho. He had the beef noodle soup and I had the chicken noodle soup. Both were delicious!
