I need help getting a new Apple Watch activated in my xfinity mobile account. I bought a new series 7 watch to replace my old series 4 I was using (also on Xfinity mobile). For some reason my cellular plan fails to activate the new watch. I went in the an Xfinity mobile store and they told me only mobile support could help on the phone.
