I have checked fuel pressure at the fuel temp sensor . Getting 90 psi +~- 10 at idle . Under light load comes up around 100 psi . On the scan tool pressure at idle is any where from 40 to 160 but around 90 to 100 mostly . Jumps around very quickly . , Since the fan isn't a paccar part there isn't a torque specification in the paccar manual. I haven't found anything on the Peterbilt side either, not for anything remotely modern anyways. In this case I would use a general torque chart for the bolt size.
