Oculus quest 2 right controller not turning on

I left the batteries in both controllers and the Oculus app running for awhile. When I came back it said the left touch was in standby and the right touch was still off. I went to take the battery out of the right touch to try to get ti to come back on, and it felt a little warm. I put it back in and got my infrared thermometer. It measured 85F.
