I understand the warranty would be expired due to mileage but is it worth the risk? For argument sake say $57+ for new and $41k for used.

In chill mode that extreme acceleration is off. To experience the MYP acceleration, which is insane, you would have to borrow a persons vehicle. It is a pity with Tesla that they still don't QA their cars properly. What's worse was that during delivery, the SA did it like you don't have other choices and kept telling "oh they will fix that. ...
