From my understanding Jacksparrow is more in depth so if you're needing to fill in gaps it's a great resource! This question has been asked a million times but MileDown and JP are the best anki decks out there. MD uses cloze deletions and is really nicely formatted. People use JP or MD to really learn the info.

I personally chose MD because JackSparrow requires a larger time commitment due to its greater deck size and comprehensiveness. I certainly wanted to supplement my studying with the spaced repetition anki offers, but I also wanted to spend considerable time learning from UEarth and AAMC (which both take quite a while).

Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. Use the anking's anki settings (found on youtube).
