As long as you are okay with the PBL, which is not often, then LECOM is the better choice., Anything > LMU-DCOM and then I guess the other two are a personal decision. I currently have a seat at PCOM but have picked another school over it, so eventually someone will get in off the wait-list there. Just depends on location, board pass rates (PCOMs have been questionable), the match, and vibes honestly. Time off during the OMS IV hear may be split to accommodate rotations that are out of sequence with LMU- DCOM dates or to schedule residency interviews.
