Larue MBT-2S review. The LaRue Tactical MBT-2S trigger got delivered recently and I rushed to the bench right after dinner to install it. This thing is amazing, even better than expected. First stage take-up is light, just enough to remind you that you’re getting into bang territory. The second stage is beautifully crisp. When the LaRue MBT first came out, it was right at $249. At the time, that exceeded the price of the excellent Geissele SSA and the market was skeptical. Bill and Mark got in a pissing match, and to undercut him Mark dropped the price of the MBT substantially. The only complaint you really hear for the MBT is the face of the trigger shoe.
