May 4, 2016 · These are the opening lines of a short film released last month by Danish roastery La Cabra Coffee Roasters to present their philosophy of roasting, “Brighter is Better.”. I met Esben Piper, founder of the Danish company, and Mikkel Selmer, roaster, at the 2016 London Coffee Festival to learn more about their new Nordic coffee approach. It would be wonderful if La Cabra could expand their seating area to accommodate more guests comfortably. Nonetheless, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our visit enjoyable despite the seating challenge. In summary, La Cabra is a wonderful establishment with top-notch pastries and a welcoming atmosphere. La Cabra lives up to its reputation. Good tea that come in a pot big enough for sharing but small enough that you can drink it your self as well. You may have to wait a little while to get service, however this place has a nice atmosphere and is a great place to spend a little time to relax.
