Try throughly cleaning both clutch's with hot soapy water and or non chlorinated brake cleaner followed by compressed air. You can also see how the primary/drive clutch has opened all the way letting the belt "fall" down to the shaft. It is not tight and the belt has some clearance on either side when it's at the bottom. Griffin Performance.net is reworking the stock primary clutches and is guaranteeing them not to stick. Clutch lowers RPMs by around 1100rpm on cruising speeds makes the 825 quieter. It's a bolt-on swap but you have to exchange your clutch with them.
