John deere 2950 problems

How do I adjust clutch on my 2950 John Deer? I had my slave cylinder go bad. I have replaced both master and slave. Now clutch will not kick out. I have worked for hours to get air out and have back stroked the clutch lever. I wonder if clutch may need to be ajusted.
