Filed DS160 ban in November and it confirmed eligible for Dropbox. When visa dates released yesterday, booked appointment for Jan 2023, but confirmation page (containing barcodes) says VAC appointment and next day councilor appointment. So it seems I got appointment for biometric as well as via interview inspite of being Dropbox eligible.
