I am pretty sure likes expire after 3 months. I've created a new account on the 4-Dec and on the 4-Mar my received likes dropped from 70 to 58 compared to previous day, when I received around 12 likes on the first day when I created the account. I don't have gold and I did not swipe latelly so likes did not disappear due to swiping.
