Hidden twin ultrasound 5 weeks

Surprise twins at 20 week scan. What a wild ride the last 12 hours have been! I went into our first ultrasound this morning just hoping to see a healthy active baby with a strong heartbeat and the tech found 2 babies I hadn’t had a scan prior to that, and the Doppler my dr had used only detected one baby. Just WILD.
