John Hopkins Medicine., my hcg for 5 weeks 1 day was 12000. there are ranges but honestly everyone is different. and every pregnancy is different. it's not one size fits all. however they do say that high hcg could be indicative of twins., With my first prego, I had a feeling of twins. I was right, beta was 75,000 at 6 weeks, but lost one right after that was drawn. I guess you just never know.
