If enemies are still to spongy or if you die too easily, bring it back down and try upping again 5-10 levels from there. Depends on your play style and perks, etc.Depends how good you are at shooters. It's pretty easy on normal (and I'm no COD multi-player) once you've gotten the power armor, and especially when you've upgraded it.
