Ropes, box jumps, kettle bells, and much much more. It's a gym in the way that OTF is a studio. Pro/Con: F45 is way more of a strength focused experience compared to OTF which is about cardio. I was initially intrigued because my cardio health feels pretty good now, and I'm now looking to put on some more muscle.
