Dell computer blinking orange

After my Dell XPS 15 is properly turned off and I try to start it again, the Laptop is not reacting at all. After I connect the AC Charger and press the power button, the keyboard starts flashing continuously for about 15 min to 20 hours (YES HOURS). Then the front led flashes white and three times orange. Now I am able to start Windows.
