I found it really easy not to break my Oath of the Ancients until I got to Dror Ragzlin's room where after landing several of the killing blows on the enemies in there without issue, one random Absolute Initiate's death counted as a broken oath. Wanted to do a respec for my Oathbreaker Paladin, just to change some stats around, and found out this is not possible. Apparently to prevent easily "fixing" your broken oath or other exploits.
