Beam rifle remnant

Finally beat the game, DLCs included, and I've got something like 10 trait points I've been holding onto. I'm currently using the beam rifle, which has a fairly long load time (and is the best primary weapon I've found), so was wondering if Quick Hands was a worthwhile trait to invest in? For context, I have Vigor, Endurance, Elder Knowledge, Scavenger and Executioner maxed out.

The game is fairly balanced and certain guns just fit better in play style and builds then others but like the repulsor the very last weapon you get in the game isn't the strongest weapon by any means. 2.Beam rifle bug makes beam rifle over all better. If you can be bothered checking what enemies resist radiation and which don't there is that too. Beam rifle also gets buffed by Wisdom trait. Assault rifle should be better for mobs but beam rifle bug is hard to look past. 3.
