We realized we had double booked rooms in Ft. Lauderdale and tried to call Algotels to cancel. When we pressed the number to be transferred to the cancellation desk, the phone disconnected. Had to contact hotels directly to help chase up - they were not helpful at all. Thank god Sky scanner were able to intervene and supported with getting a refund - 3 weeks later!
