Nov 19, 2018 · 2002 honda foreman Rubicon 500. I am new to this forum. I have a problem with my 2002 Honda foreman rubicon 500 4x4. I have a starter solenoid issue. I have replaced the battery, starter solenoid, starter, stator and Battery. The starter solenoid is still engaging the starter and it wont disengage. It wont stop even if I turn the key off.

I have a 2002 Honda foreman rubicon 500 it shifts like normal for about first 10 minutes of ride time and then it starts flashing code 5 and stays in a low gear as it is flashing until I turn it off and crank it again. I have no idea what it could be and can’t find a similar thread.I"m hoping that transmission problems with the Honda Rubicon are a rarity, not a common occurence as some of the forum posts seem to indicate.
